Baby’s First Year at 4 months

I’m thrilled this precious little girl is one of my Baby’s First Year clients because that means I get to see her every 4 months throughout her first year, what a treat! I first met little Miss R at her newborn session and it’s incredible to see just how much she has changed already in 4 months.

On the day of her session Miss R treated me to lots of smiles as I chatted with her, she was such a joy to photograph. At 4 months of age we don’t expect a lot of smiles because they’re still quite little so I was surprised with all of her smiles that day.

Her mom found a gorgeous dress and adorable headband for this milestone session and I love how well they looked against the backdrop of my pink flowers backdrop.

A milestone session is a great opportunity to capture all of a baby’s different expressions and little features at a time when they’re growing and changing so quickly. These sessions are also perfect for including special toys as a baby’s likes and interests change often so it’s nice to have beautiful photos to hang on to these memories with. For Miss R’s 4th month session she brought along her favourite bunny for a special photo.

I’m already so looking forward to seeing her for her 8th month session and can’t wait to see how much she has grown!
