Look at how much she’s grown already! Miss R is one of my Baby’s First Year clients so I’m lucky enough to get to see her every 4 months throughout her first year and this time she was back in the studio for her 8th month milestone photography session. One again she was full of smiles for her session and eager to show off all of her brand new skills. At 8 months old she is sitting up and playing with her toys and getting onto all fours.
It probably won’t be much longer now until she’s on the move! For her session mom and dad chose the sweetest dresses in a variety of colours that looked beautiful in front of some of my favourite colourful backdrops. Bunny made a reappearance from Miss R’s 4th month session and it’s incredible to see how different her interactions with him are after only 4 short months
At 8 months old babies typically have much more awareness of their surroundings and incorporating favourite toys is a great way to capture it. Taking photos next to a favourite toy every few months is also a wonderful way to show how quickly baby is growing up. Bunny is starting to look much smaller! See you again soon Miss R!
