The weather is unpredictable in Ottawa during the Spring but it’s worth waiting out the rain because the flowers are absolutely beautiful (and make for wonderful photos!). I love how quickly the city goes from under a blanket of snow, to brown, to beautiful lush greens. We had so much fun playing in the forest and the gardens this Spring. The temperatures were up and down but we managed to hold out for some beautiful sunny weather and took advantage of our photo session time to play in the forest and in among the flowers. Little ones love smelling the flowers, hiding behind the tall grass, and running along all the secret paths in the forest.
