Grad Photos in Ottawa | Spring 2026. Spring in Ottawa brings warmer days, blooming trees, and the perfect excuse to celebrate your grad. Whether your child is finishing grade 8, stepping out of grade 12, or wrapping up college or university, this season is ideal for photos that feel joyful, relaxed, and true to who they are.
Many grads love showing off their prom outfits, and they absolutely can. If they prefer something a little more classic, I have a selection of grad gowns they can borrow. Some kids feel most like themselves in their favourite casual clothes, or sports uniform, and I’m always onboard with either option. The goal is simple: let them show up as they are and how they feel their best.
These sessions are a fantastic option for teens and young adults who did not love the stiff poses or busy backdrops from their school photos. Being outside gives us room to move, explore, and create a mix of candid and posed images. Parents and siblings are always welcome to jump in for a few photos. A quick hug, a proud smile, or a playful moment can become a favourite image for years to come.
