Newborn Photography in Ottawa | Country Chic. At our Ottawa Photography Studio, we recently had the pleasure of styling a newborn photography session with a feminine and country vibe. This little one’s parents wanted to include the themes of country and nature with their session. They also wanted to use soft pink and warm neutral colours like creams and earth tones.
- Nature’s Embrace: Drawing inspiration from the countryside surrounding the studio, we used wooden props and burlap layers, to incorporate the theme of country and nature into the session. The hand woven props and knit blankets added a touch of rustic charm, creating a sense of warmth and coziness.
- Soft Hues and Feminine Touches: Layering different colours of fabric with varying textures help us create a more rustic feel to many of the photos. We also used headbands with flowers and added wraps with fringed edges to add a boho element to this little one’s photos. These subtle, feminine details complemented the natural textures, creating a harmonious balance between rustic charm and delicate beauty.
Before every newborn sessions, our clients share their vision for their session. Through our questionnaire and consultation process, we get the chance to understand the types of photos that are most important to each client. We plan a one of a kind workflow for each session to ensure that every family has photos they love in their gallery.
