In my Ottawa Photography Studio, I offer an extensive selection of newborn accessories. This includes props, floors, accessories, and fabrics in an array of vibrant hues, soft pastels, and timeless neutrals. We have over 200 props, accessories, fabrics, and flooring options in the studio for newborn sessions.
Accessories for newborn sessions are hats, headbands, and wraps. We procure these delicate accessories specifically for newborn sessions from vendors who specialize in creating handmade items. I purchase my accessories from specialized vendors to ensure they fit properly. This also ensures they are made from materials that are safe for your baby’s skin.
For traditional newborn poses, babies are posed on large pieces of soft fabric. This is often referred to as photos on the posing cushion. We keep fabric on hand in every colour of the rainbow. We also have a range of neutrals from bright white, to all different shades of earth tones.
Props are buckets, baskets, bowls, and beds. I can combine the props with different flooring options, natural layers, and wraps, to create an incredible variety of images for your photo gallery. Photos in props show just how small your baby is when they are born. They are also a great way to incorporate your favourite colours, or the colours of your home, into your session.
