I can’t believe we just had our third newborn session together! Where does the time go?!? It feels like just yesterday I was meeting big sister at her very own newborn session. Now she has two sweet baby brothers. I am so happy for this amazing family to have welcomed their third baby and elated to help capture their family’s important memories.

These super excited older siblings were thrilled to show off their new baby brother and I was just as excited to meet him. And what a cutie he was! At not even a week old yet he already had the most scrumptious and squishy cheeks and baby rolls. I see features in him from both his big sister and his big brother. It’s so neat to see all of these siblings so soon after their births and compare them. I’m curious to see who Baby W ends up looking more like as he grows.

Their third newborn session

Once the introductions were made at our third newborn session together I swaddled Baby W for his photos with his family. He’s already a bit of a handful at his size but wrapping him made him easier to hold as I posed him with everyone. After everyone had a turn snuggling up to Baby W for photos with their newest family member the kiddos were finished and ready for fun out with dad. The children had done such a wonderful job listening and more than earned whatever treat dad had promised them.

With just mom and Baby W at the studio we then turned our focus onto their newest addition to the family. For his photos at our third newborn session together mom and dad had selected a combination of image types. Our plan included photos on the posing cushion, in props, and using digital backdrops for composite images.

Baby W was a delight to photograph! The photos of him laying on his side are among my favourites of Baby W. The position perfectly showed off his adorable baby rolls and squishy cheeks. Congratulations to this amazing family on their third baby. He is absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to watch him grow from behind my camera.
