Back to school photos are a tradition for many families. Twenty to thirty years ago those photos were on display in your home (and likely your grandparents’ homes) but it’s rare today to see framed school photos on display, even if families have them taken every year. I started offering Back to School sessions because not only do I want them to be a fun and relaxed experience for my clients but I want families to have photos they are proud to hang on the walls of their home. Plus you can be there for last minute hair and wardrobe adjustments!
What: On Sunday, August 28th, I will have a Back to School Photo Booth at the Navan Market. Because the neutral backdrop will be set up inside a 10 by 10 tent, photos will go ahead rain or shine!
Who: It is for kids starting or returning to school (age 3 to 18)
Where: The Original Navan Market, 1279 Colonial Rd, Navan, ON K4B 1N1. The Sara McConnell Photography Tent is located at D28 near the domes
When: Sunday, August 28th from 10 am to 3 pm
FAQ
What does it cost?
Each high resolution digital photo costs $45+HST.
After the event, the unedited images are uploaded into a viewing gallery. The images you select are lightly edited and retouched.
What types of photos will you take?
Traditional headshot images (e.g., chest and up). A neutral backdrop, pictured above, will be available.
How do we get our photos?
Access to the image galleries will be sent via email while your final images will be sent via Dropbox.
Do we have to book a time slot?
You don’t! Photos will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
Are they photography mini sessions?
The Back to School Photo Pop Up isn’t mini sessions or a replacement for a photo session. The Popup Event is an opportunity for families to have a beautiful high resolution digital image they can print and share online.
