The general location of the session is included in the descriptions below. The exact session location will be provided to you in the days leading up to your session.

How do I book a session?

Booking begins on June 1st. Sessions are booked via the VIP list: click here to add your name to the list.

If our plans change, can we change our session time?

Before booking your session, please ensure your partner and family members are all available for the date and time you have selected as well as the back-up date.  Unlike other service appointments (e.g., spa, hair salon, massage), several hours of planning is involved prior to your session taking place.  For this reason, it is not possible to change your session date and time once your session has been booked.

Should I book hair or makeup appointments for the day of my session?

If having your hair or makeup professionally done is important to you, please book a studio session. Postponement notifications for outdoor sessions are only done 90 minutes to two hours before your session.

Why aren’t there more weekend sessions?

Most outdoor locations are busy on the weekends, which means issues with parking and crowds. Ottawa also hosts many events and festivals throughout the Summer, adding additional challenges related to road closures and limited accessibility at outdoor locations. In addition, we require that clients set aside two dates in their calendar (session date and back-up date). Scheduling sessions on weekends is challenging in the Summer as families have plans with family and friends.  

Do I have to pay for my session fee in full?

A session deposit is required to secure your session. The balance for your session is paid the week your session is scheduled to take place. 

Can our grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles come to the session?

Outdoor Summer Sessions are for immediate family members (parents and their children). We are not currently offering large group or extended family sessions.

What are the session options?

There are two session options (*with the exception of Sunsets and Silhouettes).

A Memories Session is 15 minutes in length ($335+HST). These sessions are for 3 people or less. These sessions include 5 edited and retouched digital images of your choice in colour and 3 complimentary gift prints. 

A More Memories Session is 20 minutes in length ($375+HST). These sessions are for families of 4 or more people. These sessions include 8 edited and retouched digital images of your choice in colour and 3 complimentary gift prints.

  • don’t mind the excitement of not knowing exactly what the sky will look like for their session and are flexible when it comes to last minute schedule changes in case it is overcast or there are too many clouds.

*Sunsets and Silhouette Sessions are available only as 10 minute Moment Sessions ($245+hst) and include 3 edited and retouched digital images of your choice in colour and 2 gift prints.

Stone Bridge
