This wonderful family is expecting their second baby soon. To celebrate their upcoming arrival they booked a studio maternity session for their family. A maternity session is a chance to capture special memories from pregnancy and a family’s excitement about baby. Pregnancy can feel long at times but it’s also very fleeting. Photographing the beauty of the mom-to-be and all of her body’s changes means she will forever have a special memento from her pregnancy.

We started their studio maternity photos with the whole family together. Big brother is still rather little himself but he was the sweetest. The photos of him cuddled up with mom and kissing his mama’s belly are precious. I can’t wait to see him with his sister at their newborn session soon.

For her Orleans studio maternity photos

After dad and big brother were finished their photos we turned the focus of the session to the gorgeous mama-to-be and her perfect baby belly.

For her individual maternity photos she had selected from my studio wardrobe a beautiful orange sleeveless gown to wear. I know how hard it can be to find outfits that fit and that you feel beautiful in during pregnancy. By having a large studio maternity wardrobe I’m able to offer expectant parents a lot of different options to choose from.

The gown she settled on for the second half of her maternity session looked incredible. The rich orange colour was beautiful on her and the fabric hugged her belly perfectly to show off her growing baby girl. I love the photos from her studio maternity session and can’t wait to see this lovely family again soon as a family of four.
