I couldn’t wait to meet this precious little girl! I met her family not too long ago at her big sister’s newborn session and was thrilled to hear they were welcoming another baby girl.
Big sister isn’t very big herself yet but did a great job posing for photos with her baby sister. The photos of them together are too sweet for words; when big sister gently put her head on her sister’s it was impossible not to oooh and ahhh. I’m so excited for them to be able to grow up together.
Mom and dad chose a beautiful colour palette for their little girl’s session. I love the mix of pinks, greens, and creams and the way the colours worked together against the natural woods of my barn board and newborn props was beautiful.
After cuddly photos of the family together, I nestled Baby I onto the posing cushion and into some of my favourite wooden props for her individual newborn photos. She snoozed away as I photographed her and looked absolutely adorable in all of the different fabric colours her parents selected for her portraits; she was a dream to pose and photograph. I’m thrilled with her photos and to have been able to help this lovely family capture these special early days after their baby girl’s arrival.
