Oh how I love a maternity session held just before sunset! The warm glowy, evening light was just what these parents were hoping for at their session and the skies more than came through for us.
This was a session filled with lots of laughter; you can really tell from their photos just how much fun this couple is
We styled their session to start with casual photos together enjoying some peaceful moments with their little one. Their excitement and anticipation of their upcoming arrival was contagious, I’m thrilled for them to be holding their little one in their arms very soon.
The gorgeous and dramatic evening light was ideal for mom to wear two of my most striking maternity gowns. Mom looked stunning in my dark blue gown; the shape of it showed off her gorgeous baby bump so well. After photos in my blue gown, mom changed into a gorgeous white gown with billowy sleeves for us to chase the evening light with. As we watched the sun get lower in the sky we made our way towards the lilac bushes for photos of the couple near the pretty flowers. Their photos with the lilacs as the evening light shone on them and the flowers are among my favourites from their session. I’m thrilled with their gallery and the beautiful memories they created that evening.
