A maternity session is the perfect way to celebrate the upcoming arrival of a new baby and capture this very fleeting time in your life. This lovely couple is excitedly expecting their first baby this Summer and I was thrilled to be there to help them create some very special mementoes from their pregnancy.
With a Summer baby on the way we had a beautiful fresh and green backdrop available in the forest for them at just the right time for their session.
For their session the couple wanted to include some more casual photos so we started off their session with mom in her own clothing for some photos of the two them in more of an ‘everyday’ feel. For the rest of their photos this gorgeous mama-to-be selected two of my maternity gowns and brought a beautiful floral crown to include in her photos. The combination of the flowers, flowing gowns, and the beautiful evening light helped create the most ethereal shots of this glowing mama-to-be. We had such a wonderful time during their session and I can’t wait to meet their little one soon!
